My 7 Step Skincare Routine - Skincare Sunday ✨

Skincare is a topic I have always had problems with. Acne has been a huge factor in my life, and honestly helped in my confidence issues as a child but I have overcome! I still don’t have perfect skin but I’m happy with the skin I have because it could be worse. My face has been worse! Now I pretty much deal with dark spots and occasional hormonal acne. I have gone through ALOT of skincare products, and I have tried a lot of different ways to erase the problem. I haven’t come up with my perfect recipe yet, but I have a few products that I love and a small skincare routine that I want to share with you today.

The number one thing that I learned though all of this, is just washing your face can help a lot with your skin. So if you use the right product while you wash I would imagine you could have amazing results. I’m going to be honest I get very lazy and go to sleep in my makeup on some times, but I have really been trying to stay consistent with making sure I take my makeup off before I go to bed. So lets talk about the products that help me make sure that happens.

Step 1: Facial Wipes

Philosophy purity made simple one-step facial cleansing cloths

My mom introduced me to Philosophy and I've loved them since. These wipes are very moisturized and take off a lot of your makeup or dirt! It even does well with my glitter eyeshadow looks. One item that will forever be in my skincare routine!

Step 2: Facial Spray

Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile and Lavender

I found Mario Badescu when I was working at Urban Outfitters one summer. I worked in the beauty section so I had to try products and this was one that I had to stay with. I saw a hug difference in my face just are a couple uses. The oil levels in my face got so much better. I wasn't seeing nearly as much oil on my nose and forehead as I was before, and now I barely have oily skin. Don't get me wrong I do still have oily skin but it doesn't cause my breakouts anymore!
